After submitting your registration form you will receive an automatically generated e-mail acknowledging submission of your registration. If you do not receive this, your form is NOT submitted. Please try again. Once your registration has been administered, you will receive, by e-mail, a confirmation of registration or an invoice.

All fees are including coffee breaks and luncheon.
Participants will receive the following on-site:
- Hard copy of your proof of payment
- Certificate of attendance
- Poster certificate
- Programme and congress bag
- Badge and lanyard
Terms of cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to NewBrooklyn.
- In case of cancellation before 1 November 2009, the registration fee less an administration fee of 10% will be refunded
- In case of cancellation from 1 November 2009 until 31 January 2010, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded
- As of 1 February 2010, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Replacements or name changes are handled as cancellations.
Visa request
Should you require a visa to attend the conference, you may request a letter of invitation when registering online. Please be advised that this letter of invitation will only be sent by e-mail to the participant’s e-mail address.
Press
In order to qualify for Press registration you must attach your press accreditation to the online registration form.
